You can be anything or anyone you choose to be, and it doesn't have to reflect a mediocre representation nor a declination of what has been founded upon. It's imperative to overachieve with an awesome attitude that'll effectuate the altitude that you wish to be at. Doing so, unstoppable you will recognizably be. I advise that you stay on point, remove the ego, stand your ground, discard anything that attempts to offset your equilibrium, and all in which you fathom will definitely be discovered. Do not waste your time on the road to nowhere. Instead, fully explore the realm of possibility and acclimate to an illuminated source of excellence by opposing anything that hinders the comprehension of superior performance. Think bigger and imagine greater; no half full nor half empty observations to encounter. Case in point, there isn't a glass, only a substance. You are powerful beyond measure. I've dedicated my life to energy, health, fitness, and nutrition among vast employments while representing what is thought to be an unorthodox approach. Rather than following the footsteps of others, I chose a direction that has led me to a place where those whom I coach are freed from the shackles of indoctrination. Thus, leading by example so that others may benefit from my profound influence, exceptional work ethic, and experiences combined. Paying absolutely no mind to popular trends, excessive propaganda, social media, and useless rhetoric; I don't allow anything to interfere with my operation of helping others improve their way of life. From acquired abilities, outstanding aspirations, applied efforts, infinite actions, to images of progression; my energetic itinerary, requisites, and specific skillset were in no way going to be denied but rather confirmed, allowing me to fully unearth my purpose, coaching you.
It's been one of the greatest honors of my life to serve in many areas of personal and professional interest for well over 25 years. Although I've retired from several of these careers, my mission lives on. One vision, one action; achieve perfection. With sources beginning and destinations never ending, I chose to acquire every accreditation, certification, ribbon, award, trophy, patch, badge, and/or medal possible in order to guarantee me access to the best successes among failures. However, these earned and not given credentials aren't the backbone of my business endeavors. Moreover, it's the passion within that drives me to excel on all fronts that defines my proficiencies and the ability to assist. Furthermore, I firmly represent unpretentious progress and unequivocally support traditional fundamentals that I believe will always and forever be unchallenged, unparalleled, and undisputed. Oorah!
Charge up, raise your energy capacity, and live your life more than well, not on anyone else's terms but your own. Cherish every breath you have and live every day as if it were your last. As once scripted, "we are beautiful because we are doomed." Utilize all of your abilities to reach and surpass your peak adaptation within your timeline on this Earth. In other words, mentally elevate your game, physically impact your lifestyle, spiritually acknowledge your faith, emotionally feel your power, and psychologically reach the sky. Within this process, walk, jog, run, sprint, cycle, swim, dive, lift, race, climb, rest, punch, kick, jump, tumble, dance, and exercise your way onward. Whatever your pleasure is; turn up the music, get in the zone, and go the distance. Make haste, beast mode on, unlock your potential, and show the world what authentic energy really looks like.
Accept no limitations and/or dismiss all age factors as they are immaterial to say the very least. Age is just a measuring statistic; a symbol of mathematics labeling just how long you've been here on this planet, nothing more. Yet, it consumes people in believing that "over the hill" is inevitable. Take a walk with me over this so-called obstacle and I'll conclusively show you what's on the other side. From standing stones to resting places, you're only as old as you feel. My advice to you is to never give up nor accept the notion of not being able to do what you've always done. Getting old, no. Getting older, yes. However, everything gets better with age, like a fine wine. Remember, it's not age, it's mileage. Use it or lose it is a very familiar term and after seeing this pattern with various others; it's the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Energize!
Your health is of vital importance and priority. Without it, you are incomplete. There is an abundance of writing on the wall regarding how healthy you are and it's not just referring to a dietary regimen and regular exercise. Life has to be exciting and relaxing combined; to lose yourself and to find yourself in the very same moment. It also needs to be challenging and resistant, being as nothing is built up without some type of opposing force. Furthermore, the process contributing to overall health is establishing an ultimate balance. Meaning; mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, and psychological stability. Free your mind, know your heart, challenge your body, honor your spirit, and explore your universe. For instance, divergent thinking, recreational activity, safety precautions, balanced meals, frequent exercise, insightful prayer, deep meditation, loving companionship, daily stretches, and essential rest all contribute to happiness, enjoyment, and longevity. You'll be very well rounded when all of the above is assertively practiced and definitively established.
Taking interest in one over the other will deplorably leave you inevitably empty and consequently insufficient in your measures. Be that as it may, take a step outside of yourself and look closely in the mirror. Are you everything that you wish to be? Do you have all of your bases covered? If so, awesome! If not, there's work to be done. You must be honest with yourself and triumphantly tackle the areas in your life that require improvement. As I reiterate; there is so much more to health than what the blogs, magazines, podcasts, and other outlets are suggesting. So, there is no time for error or misdirection and zero tolerance for hesitation. Pertaining to all walks of life; procrastination is gone, and confirmation is reborn. The body is the art, the word is the value, and the voice is the strength. Gear up, be your own, and allow your presence to be the gravity that pulls it all together, demonstrating that what's on the inside is as equally important as what's on the outside. Your orders: rise, eat, drink, train, learn, work, play, rest...repeat!
Fitness is an amazing attribute to life and shouldn't ever be cut from the fabric no matter what your situation is. Traditional forms of exercise are always at your disposal. Obviously, there is a rather large list of exercises; some of which require particular apparatuses, specific equipment, and a variety of others that need only your bodyweight. From the most basic motions to the vast advanced options, you have what's needed to be well maintained, athletically inclined, and/or in phenomenal shape. Be sure to either dedicate time to perform these activities on a weekly basis or exercise throughout the day if your schedule is less permitting. Upon waking up, before bed, at your desk, out in the field, on a lunch break, after work, while out and about, or at your leisure; entertain the situation. Regardless of how you choose to exercise, training four to six days a week is highly recommended and an hour or two a day is strongly advised.
Whether you're choosing to work out by means of compound or isolated exercises, please don't over train and allow your muscles to properly recover, so that your gains or losses are both safe and effective. It goes without saying; enjoy the burn, the pump, and the rush that vigorous exercise provides. Take note, despite all of the products and services out there that claim to fame, nothing beats hard work. Old school; no pain, no gain. Don't have a gym membership or equipment, no worries. Your own bodyweight, as previously mentioned, is all that you'll need to perform cardiovascular exercises and extensions among contractions, making it well worth your while. Regarding your programs, sets, and repetitions, dynamically exhaust your body, exceed your expectations, enjoy the activity, and make it known that the work you put into today will without question, warrant the results that you have tomorrow. As you were!
It's estimated that roughly six out of ten people are overweight, out of shape, lack nutrition, and aren't in good health; while weighing options such as buying organic, eating fat free products, or flat out choosing a diet of some sort to shed pounds or restrict the body of necessary consumption. Most of these choices usually lead to malnutrition, stress, lack of energy, aged skin, organ damage, and/or a shorter life span. The concept of being healthy and staying fit has been lost, as diets continue to be way overrated and exaggerated shortcuts are still contemplated. Lamentably, it's the lack of activity versus the dietary allowances taken that lead to the unfortunate statistics that are clearly evident. It's quite simple really, consume the fuel (water, carbs, protein, fats, sodium, sugars, etc.) that you're going to use while balancing food groups the old fashion way and voila, the body will be well nourished; not deprived.
Additionally, be sure to supplement various other nutrients that you're not receiving from the foods that you are choosing to consume. For instance, multivitamins, minerals, herbs, omegas, and amino acids will significantly benefit your health. Don't believe in supplementation? It's all good. If you consider the idea of ingesting a product that will provide you with what it aims to and the validity of this source appears to be fabricated, it will still work because you are telling it to. Hence the placebo effect. This is a tremendously useful mindset, and it'll assist you greatly. However, there are certain supplements out there that can be harmful or have a diverse effect upon consumption. Always gather Intel, do your homework, and stand clear of these items or options if/when probable. All in all, from the matter to the mind, there's everything to gain and nothing to lose by applying these methods of science and conviction.

Spirituality is an enlightened source of energy that holds no concrete evidence other than the fact that abstract images and occurrences are displayed every day you truly open your eyes. A connection with a religious belief, universal justice, higher power, or something of divine revelation, will unmistakably guide you in a promising and sensational direction.
Flexibility promotes range of motion, establishes elasticity, increases circulation, supports muscular growth, and the contributes to overall health. However, there is more than meets the eye. Meaning, be open minded to changing your everyday normalcy and display the motivational difference. Be flexible in your way of thinking. Scientific laws can be bent, and mathematic guidelines can be broken. Enhance and transmogrify your standards. Originality is obviously what separates you from others. Off the grid, not at liberty to say, inadmissible to pledge, unrelated to subject, without report, going dark, and not of this world techniques are rarities that are incomprehensible by most and only understood by a few. Thus, take note of where the footprints of others end and where yours begin. It's not only how you start but how you finish. Meet that destiny by means of intelligence, leadership, and ascendency. Invincibility is merely thought of as an unrealistic narrative but there is a way to rationalize it and insert it into your life. From perspectives to perceptions; remove the chinks in the armor, be superhuman within your methods, and indomitable you shall be. Live simply, love abundantly, like accordingly, and learn advantageously.
